We are the contracted assessor for your municipality and must follow Wisconsin state laws when determining property value. We have recently evaluated your property and a new value was set based on current market conditions and/or if any enhancements were made to your property.

In order to complete a value change request form, we ask that you follow an educational process. Two steps must be completed before you can fill out the form:

1. You will be shown frequently asked questions about how assessing works.
2. A video will be played explaining the assessment process.

After completing these 2 steps you may then submit your form. It is imperative that all form fields be filled out. Failure to do so will result in an invalid form.
