We are the contracted assessor for your municipality and must follow Wisconsin state laws when determining property value. We have recently completed a municipality wide revaluation. Property values have been updated based on current market conditions and/or if any enhancements were made to your property.

In order to complete a value change request form, we ask that you follow an educational process. On the next screen you will be presented with educational materials which would benefit you to review.

After you have completed review of the educational materials you be required to complete a form to continue the process of discussing your assessment value. It is imperative that all form fields be filled out. Failure to do so will result in an invalid form.

Before proceeding, please have your parcel number and address available.

Note that proceeding through this process you are only scheduling an open book appointment and this process is not to be considered a formal objection.
